She was the doctor present during my delivery of my daughter at St Agnes and was incredibly rude in her care towards me. She tried to push me into an unnecessary c section, and when I did deliver she didn’t greet me or talk to me at all, she didn’t make eye contact with me once, she just sat there while literally no one helped talk me through my labor, which by the way I had an epidural and couldn’t feel when to push. I've only been a patient with them for a year but this has been my favorite obgyn! Shes attentive and friendly, her NP Elizabeth yost is also super sweet, funny and helpful! My only issue is the wait times can be long I'm averaging 2 hours of waiting to be seen for 10 mins. When you're pregnant you're uncomfortable, hungry, thirsty and definitely impatient but I now just plan my appt days better. I cant wait to meet my baby in November!
If you are over 65 this doctor will not see you. I was transferred to her when Dr. Robert Makey retired. Wish I had been sent to someone who realized that older women don’t shrivel up and die.
Dr. Golik is a my new OBGYN. She explained everything to me thoroughly, showed attentiveness and was compassionate during all my visits. I recently had a surgery and the whole process was done amazingly by her. I am proud to call her my OBGYN and I plan on being her patient for many years to come.
Dr Golik took excellent care in getting me a diagnosis. She has been nothing but profession and kind. I would very much recommend her for anyone looking for an OB.
