Lisa is generally very inquisitive and knowledgeable and in the past I’ve been very impressed with her work. During this visit however she presented as tired and seemed to be experiencing burnout of some sort. Lisa reported that some of the labs that I wanted repeated were unnecessary which seemed to be organizationally and possibly revenue driven. I am not personally a proponent of the modern medicine model. Nevertheless I am wishing her all the best.

I was seen in your office to have a lump in my thigh examined that was causing me discomfort. You looked at it for maybe 3 seconds tops and diagnosed it as a "Sebaceous Cyst". You were not only VERY RUDE and IMPERSONAL, but also extremely DISMISSIVE by telling me there was nothing I could do about it and that it would go away on its own. It was my first time there this week. The place was very clean & the staff there was very friendly! Doc Lisa was so kind. It didn’t not feel rushed at all. She listened and asked questions which I appreciated.
