The only thing I didn’t like was that when I walked in the receptionist had the blinds down she was on the telephone I could hear her conversation, but the blinds were down. I tried to sign in on the kiosk, but the password was not working there were no one in the lobby to assist me or to help me try to figure out how do I notify someone that I am waiting to be seen I even knocked on the glass window of the receptionist she kept talking on the phone. 10+ minutes late to the video appointment. Had a gross tone right away, and within two minutes was argumentative about my request for Clonazepam which I have been prescribed for years. She obviously did not check my medical history. Complete waste of time. Find a different profession if you cannot help people that need help. Repulsive.
