I have lived here for several years now. The rent is affordable. It was a rocky start because I moved in during the pandemic but overall the property manager is always responsive and quick in answering any concerns. I can tell the goal is to keep the property nice and liveable. Maintenance is responsive and respectful which I appreciate. The property can stand a coat of paint and new carpets in the walkways but I love my one bedroom. It's spacious and comfortable. I've enjoyed my stay here for the most part

I had a very good experience with Metropolitan Property management Megan, and Mia, they were nice and very respectful. They worked with me around my work schedule so I was able to view available units. These ladies were calm, courteous, and prompted. So I would like to say, thank you too Megan!!…. I love the interior of the apartment but that's it. Things break constantly, sinks and drains clog, the washer and dryer break, the lights outside are broken or non functioning, the lock to the building even broke once. It wouldn't be so bad but the office barely answers the phone so it takes forever to ask for maintenance, and when they finally answer maintenance can take weeks to come. I used to live there for 10 years it was a quiet place to live. We had alot of problems after several years of living there, maintenance was very slow and not really nice, parking needs to be updated yearly like with assigned parking and more on call parking checkers! Manager okay. People who want to check out the place there isn't no office on site here it's on Lovers Lane take freeway Capital drive get off on Sliver Spring drive to Go down where Taco Bell is it's called Parkview Apartments!

Hello I am Alyssa and I lived here for most of my life. Me and my famliy moved out in 2014. Befor that we had to filed a noise complanit almost every day with 3 different people that lived there. We lived in apartment 3 for as long as I can remember. If you are thinking of living on the ground floor please don't save yourself the headache and not sleeping untell 4 in the morning. I feel sorry for the people that do.
