While the main branch has been super helpful and understanding. the Killen branch employee's have been (in my opinion) nothing but sarcastic unempathetic drones. They act like they already know whom I am and what my intentions are. I do not appreciate being treated this way. I judge no one. I treat everyone with respect. you never know what someone is going through. Thanks Have a fantastic day!
