Please fix your ATM at the Hamilton, AL location! I sat there i know 10 minutes depositing money. It says you can put up to so many bills/checks at one time for it to spit the money back out. So I deposited each bill one at a time. When I got done doing that it wouldn't give me an option to do anything else but to deposit more money. Then it spits all the money back out. FRUSTRATING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! One 😠 customer. I will be looking for another bank to bank with. This wasn't the first time.
They closed their window and the atm never works, considering trying a more competent bank.
The Smart ATM is awesome. The ladies working at the window are always nice!
