For the past 12 years, Listerhill helped me with my meager income and bad credit. They took a risk with me when I had a huge loan from a Payday Lender. Listerhill lightened my debt, while giving me a loan on a car. I couldn't wait to pay them back for the kindness they had shown me. They have been so patient with me. I'm not going anywhere else. The Sheffield branch, the Muscle Shoals branch, and the Russellville branch have all been so helpful to me. I Highly recommend them as a financial institution. They're great!

I used Listerhill in the past (2004 for an auto loan) and I was very pleased with the service I received. I applied online for a used vehicle loan this year (2021) and was called and asked to come into the branch to finalize the transaction. My credit score as I write this review is 806 - Listerhill denied a $5k loan because the vehicle I was going to purchase had too many miles on it according to them. I've had listerhill for almost 6yrs... This by far the worst I have seen them. My accounts have been closed on many occasions with my knowledge with no one notifying my because of "fraud" even though their fraud department says they did (yes they all of my contact information correct). I've had payments on my loan come up missing with the lady in their collection department questioning me why havent I paid yet then, hanging up on me... Without any doubt, Listerhill Credit Union at both the Russellville and Sheffield locations have been remarkable experiences. Whether for general, and normal, banking services such as Checking, Shares, or Loans, my personal accounts have been well cared for. When a problem occurred with my debit card, it was immediately resolved. The overall service has been exceptional. As the son of a banker, I understand some of the complexities of banking.
