This dentist offered a treatment plan for my minor child that was questionable, and so we got a second, and then a third opinion from pediatric dentists in neighboring cities. Both the second and third opinions came back very similarly...and both were about half the work suggested by Dr.Cruz. While my main complaint is the fact that his proposed treatment plan included unnecessary and costly elements, my secondary complaint is about the doctor himself.
