I've never had to get a storage before and I assumed the process was going to be lengthy and frustrating, but to my surprise Isela (the property owner) was very welcoming and she got me all set up in less than 15 minutes!! It was super fast and easy, as well as up to date with technology using an app instead of old fashioned lock and key!! not a good experience for me. You have to load the app, God help you if you have bad internet, or the battery is dead in your phone. The instructions told me to load the"nokey" app..it doesn't exist..it's under smart storage. Very confusing. You are given a 6 digit code to open the gate..it doesn't work. you have to have the correct app and have Bluetooth on. Then find your unit, you're given a picture of what your unit will look like, well, it doesn't look like that at all. So you end up driving around through their dirt ... read more
Little Vineyard Self Storage is the best storage unit we've ever had. Staff lives on the grounds. They are very attentive to the property and to their customers. Very secure -- lots of monitored cameras.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE AT ALL, I HAD IT FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS, THEN THEY DECIDED TO CHANGE THE LOCKS FOR ELECTRONIC ONES, THAT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM, THEY LEFT THE DOORS OPEN FOR TOO LONG AND RATS GOT IN AND DESTROYED EVERYTHING I HAD IN THERE, EVEN MY CHILDREN PHOTOS WHEN THEY WERE LITTLE, I THEW AWAY A LOT OF STUFF THAT WAS A LOT OF MONEY AND EMOTIONAL VALUE.
I went in and I was able to get a storage unit immediately. The price was affordable and the young lady at desk was very helpful and pleasant..
