It was a wonderful day. Totally enjoyed my services and the space that it was in. connecting with the vendors and seeing some new things was great to have all in one spot. The drive and location was a bit difficult to maneuver, with parking and traffic and construction....but that's Chicago...lol...Thanks

I thought I just wrote a review but will tell you again as a spa owner this is the best conference Each year... In fact I wait for it! I also pick up a new product line and love that I can experience the services. It is packed yet executed so elegantly!!! Loved the Langham this year!! Thank You!!

I loved the venue so much more than last year, also the companies exhibiting were much more in line with my business than in the past. I was very happy with the event and made some great connections. I can't wait until next year!
