Initially was in contact a representative by the name of Marcia, spoke with her on the phone, exchanged emails, ready to set up account. After repeated attempts via email, text, left messages with no response I called customer service. They apologized and assured me someone would be in touch with me. I received a email from a rep by the name of Robert requesting info which I provided and once again no response. Poor customer service. Good luck getting someone to help you.
