I absolutely detest having to deal with Livingston. As a professional driver, I rely on brokers to be prompt and efficient. Livingston always, and I'm not even kidding with ALWAYS, is the slowest and most unreliable company! They have more excuses than Carter has liver pills! I simply dread when a customer goes with them. There is always a 1-4hr wait at the border as we wait for PARS to clear!
Bought a car from a Waterloo dealership for shipping out west to Winnipeg. Once the deal was done, th set up to have the car shipped was easy. No issues with pickup (even though the vehicle had a minor steering issue - leak) and the shipping was expedited (arrived in one week). The car looked great and no issues with the shipper getting it to me. Livingston out performed and is recommended for the shipment of cars if you need it done professionally and for a long distance. Well done!
Use Bridgeview instead!! Livingston is the worst customs broker we've ever had to suffer through. It's a rare occurrence when they don't cause at least a 24hr delay due to their incompetence and lack of concern for their customers.
Brutal customer service. Lily Park is my agent and never returns inquiries or returns calls. Have an issue? Prepare to wait over 6 weeks to have it dealt with. Use Rutherford instead
Horrible service. Not clear the custom for hours.
