Absolutely the worst customer service, I’ve been stuck here at the border for 3 hours now and I keep calling and they just say it’s under review, text and downloaded the app and nothing. Worst of the worst never using this again, save yourself hours at the border waiting for them to do something. Went to the office they have here at 4:20 and they told me they were closed and they don’t get paid overtime ( hours of service said 5 pm they just don’t care
By far the absolute worst customs broker. Customer service is little to no help, you will spend hours waiting for them to do anything.
Worst customer service, I called and talked to the customer service people like 20 times and all the time am speaking to a new person, think about asking one thing 20 times, it's been three days now still not fixed, waiting by the border.... all the time I asked if there is an update, I've been told to send my paperwork.... how many times do I have to send it? They don't have respect for anyone or for what they're doing! Truck always gets stuck in border with their shipments
Their systems are always down if not then they don’t like to work anyways. I don’t get it why shipper use livingston when everyone knows about their reputation.
