They don't have respect for anyone or for what they're doing! Truck always gets stuck in border with their shipments
Worst customer service, I called and talked to the customer service people like 20 times and all the time am speaking to a new person, think about asking one thing 20 times, it's been three days now still not fixed, waiting by the border.... all the time I asked if there is an update, I've been told to send my paperwork.... how many times do I have to send it? Stay away from using them, they will mess up your paper work and the guy at this local branch will give you a pissy attitude when you try to get it sorted out and say he's no paid overtime after 5 yet the hours are listed until 8..
Their systems are always down if not then they don’t like to work anyways. I don’t get it why shipper use livingston when everyone knows about their reputation.
Sit at the border and wait for a day and a half. Waiting for them to clear one piece. The slowest brokers in the world.
