Most dumbest custom broker in North America. Customer should stop hiring them. No clue what they do in regards to clear shipments . They will not touch the shipment for 6 hours then will hold without any reason
daily cleared more than 8 loads and when I see Livingston's name, I 100 % sure this load never clear on time, and no buddy clear answer my calls. always drivers must stock at the border more than 2-3 hours if Livingston team need information I have a lot of sample for them
Worst customs brokers in the whole world. They always make the driver wait hours and sometimes days and cost companies unnecessary expenses in the result. I don’t understand why companies use them. No customer service what so ever. BIG ZERO
Supposed to be 24h Service, im Stuck at the border and no one reply, all the other brokers in champlain does thats very stupid and problematic
