A 2 star review rather than only one for the few employees who really did a good job for us and that we thank. We have been customer for over 10 years, but the service has worsen to a level that is difficult to imagine from a service provider. The lack of response is simply completely rude on top of being unprofessional. We hired this company to have a solid partner for clearing customs properly. Use Bridgeview instead. (Or anyone else!) Livingston is awful. Delays, excuses, headaches, "we are working on it" after no communication from them. It's fascinating that a company can be this bad.
Totally deceptive business practice. Their "get an online quote" is just a ruse to get your contact info. Bye-bye Livingston - hello AN Deringer!
