Thank you Livingston team! I was one of those annoying customers that towards the end would call every morning to get an update. Regardless, everyone was kind and patient. I moved my Tesla from Halifax to Vancouver, but was coming from Vancouver Island to pick it up. It took just over a month (which was estimated in the beginning - plus CN went on strike). My girlfriend is moving from Toronto to Vancouver and sent her car using this company. I picked up the car for my girlfriend a few days ago before she arrive in Vancouver and noticed that there was a damage in the back of the vehicle and took this photo upon delivery. This is the moment when the staff delivered the car. A few days later my girlfriend arrive in Vancouver and I asked her about the damage as I was not sure if it was there and we decided to email the company and of course they refused to take the responsibility.... read more

Worst transportation company ever. They damaged my cars engine and wont take any responsibility saying its normal wear and tear. My car was perfect when i dropped it off and now it was quoted for $2500 for engine repairs as it was over revved at cold starts. Dont choose livingston if you love your car.
