I had a very good experience with Livingston. I bought a new car in Toronto and they picked it up at the dealer and delivered it to the montreal yard. Staff was very helpful and polite and helped make it smooth. I would use again.
So far the experience has been very disappointing. It has been more than 2 weeks and my car is still sitting at the origin yard. ETA provided is another two weeks, so in total over a month to ship the car withing Canada from Montreal to Edmonton. Will not recommend this service to anyone.
Been waiting two months for my car and it still hasn't arrived. I have spoke to multiple customer service agents to resolve the issues. Every single person I spoke to has been incredibly rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and pick another company.
Very bad care of the goods. No any compensation for the loss.
