I shipped a mid size SUV from Manitoba to Ontario in Dec 2021. I was on a tight schedule and not having done this before, quite nervous about everything. Livingston did a perfect job-the drop off, the tracking, the phone calls in between, and the pickup. Everything went smooth and the car was ready for pick up at destination in great condition 10 days after I dropped it off in MB. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone. I was quoted 2 weeks to ship a vehicle from Vancouver to Winnipeg. Ended up taking more than double that to arrive. Very poor customer service. The person who I dealt with (Merelene Reddy) gave up replying to my emails and phone calls after I expressed concern for that lack of updates and going beyond the quoted time. Livingston makes it difficult for you to speak directly to someone on the phone. And when you finally do get through, their phones lines had issues with clarity causing the conversation to be very difficult. ... read more

Seems this company doesn't follow truck routes to the point we're they just travel down any street they wish. They continue to ignore "not a truck route" signs. Have made numerous attempts to contact someone in the office, but they don't answer the phones. As of now, this company leaves residents no other choice but to file police reports with camera footage of their infractions.

Worst service……I gave them my car to transport from Toronto to Winnipeg and they told that It will take 4-5 days to deliver it and now it almost a month but my car is still on the way. I am also calling them from last three weeks and they say that they don’t guarantee the time they told to deliver it. Delay of 3-4 days is acceptable but it is about a month which is really disappointment. I would not recommend to use their service to anyone.
