From the first phone call, to reminders, to the time w/Gabby, everything has been the best experience. I seriously have never had customer service like this. I initially visited for a consultation regarding brown spots on my face. Aliza recommended a chemical peel, followed by microneedling about six weeks later. I received both treatments and have seen excellent results. Aliza was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain each step, which made me feel very comfortable during procedures and for the aftercare needed. The office staff is welcoming, and the environment is relaxed.
