After they spent the first session attempting to "challenge" me by assuming I wasn't ready to work on heavy issues, they canceled 5 minutes before the second session claiming to be sick. Although I understand the attempt at healthy challenge, since I am a counselor myself, it was quite unprofessional, came across as rude, and frankly unnecessary. It was easy to find a provider and to find a date for appointment that works for me
Easy to book an appointment. Directions to fill out forms were clear. As an older person I appreciated the way the screens were set up at each stage of making an appointment and the actual appointment check-in.
