My initial experience with Liza was positive, and I felt hopeful about working with her. Unfortunately, that changed when she assisted with documentation for a workplace accommodation. Dr. Liza was thorough and knowledgable. She answers my questions and explains it with not feeling rush. She gives you possible treatment options and tells you the plan for the next visit to not make you feel overwhelmed. She is compassionate and understanding. She listens, cares and is patient.She makes me feel comfortable which is important with patients like me who has a hard time showing emotions. She made an appointment without my consent for this Friday, June 27 at 10:00am. I called four different numbers and could not get ahold of anyone, and waited on hold for 30 minutes. I will have my credit card company dispute this charge.
I would give zero stars if I could. I had a new patient appointment with Liza and she was about 20 minutes late to join the virtual session. Once she finally joined the session she asked me my name date of birth and information about the referring doctor. She then said that the internet connection was poor. It was extremely obviously that she was irritated with me and had no desire to be holding this appointment. Scheduled an appointment for my daughter. Waited 3 weeks for said appointment. That’s fine. We are a new patient. Get to the day of the virtual appointment and the doctor doesn’t show up. I call the office. they claimed that I used the wrong link ( I used the link that they sent me). They claim that I didn’t fill out the paper work.( They claimed that they sent it to me hours before the appointment in reality it was 30 min prior). So yes. I may have missed that email.
