My initial experience with Liza was positive, and I felt hopeful about working with her. Unfortunately, that changed when she assisted with documentation for a workplace accommodation. She initially expressed support and agreed that the request was appropriate. However, when submitting the paperwork, she was slow to respond to follow-up questions from HR. Dr. Liza was thorough and knowledgable. She answers my questions and explains it with not feeling rush. She gives you possible treatment options and tells you the plan for the next visit to not make you feel overwhelmed. She is compassionate and understanding. She listens, cares and is patient.She makes me feel comfortable which is important with patients like me who has a hard time showing emotions. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and talked me through them all in a way that was very easy to understand. Liza was incredibly patient and made me feel valid with my emotions. I am very happy with her.
She made an appointment without my consent for this Friday, June 27 at 10:00am. I called four different numbers and could not get ahold of anyone, and waited on hold for 30 minutes. I will have my credit card company dispute this charge.
Liza Raymond is a phenomenal psychiatrist, she's helped me so much with my bipolar disorder, anxiety and other issues.
