Hi, Liza is really great and wonderful. She has done a really wonderful job of making me feel comfortable In our meetings, I usually don’t like talking to psychiatrist counselors or anything like that, but I can safely say that I am fully comfortable with Liza and I feel like she understands my Personal issues like it’s her own. Scheduled an appointment for my daughter. Waited 3 weeks for said appointment. That’s fine. We are a new patient. Get to the day of the virtual appointment and the doctor doesn’t show up. I call the office. they claimed that I used the wrong link ( I used the link that they sent me). They claim that I didn’t fill out the paper work.( They claimed that they sent it to me hours before the appointment in reality it was 30 min prior). So yes. I may have missed that email. I had been with a psychiatrist for almost 2 years, we had worked with my medications and got everything under control. She had to take an unexpected extended leave of absence and I was put with Liza Raymond. Our first meeting did not go well, she was very rude and condescending to me. Terrible service. They will not let you join a tele visit because of their system. You will then run a test and be told your service connection is fine but it won't allow you to join still. You will not be given any way to contact your provider, aside from the system that doesn't work.Then when you call two days in a row, they will say that the provider didn't mark you as a no-show, but they will still charge you a no-show fee, even though it wasn't your fault.
