We rent out investment properties. The tenant failed to pay rent, did not clean the property after leaving, and left without repairing the walls, screens, etc. The person in charge, Alana, tells us it is covered by insurance and does nothing. She also set a move-in date for the new tenants without telling us anything, resulting in a total of seven weeks of lost rental income, and we are responsible for the cost of repairs.
