We loved that we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The whole team that meet with us for our initial appointment were so friendly and professional. The orthodontist (Louise) we met with went into great detail to explain her recommendations and did an amazing job at answering all my daughters questions.
Just finished my retainer treatment here and couldn’t be happier with my results. the whole team was so nice and were so helpful along the way. they did such a great job always checking in and making sure i got help when needed and did everything they could to make sure i got the best results possible. would highly recommend!
L&L are amazing! My son has extreme anxiety about the dentist and TL Sam was just so wonderful with him. Nothing was too much bother, she calmly explained everything, answered all his questions, booked in him on a day when she’d be working. Above and beyond. All staff are very knowledgeable, great facilities, surprisingly very good price for services and package. Highly recommended.
Best Team, great culture, Great technicians and orthodontists and customer service team. Cannot fault. They have the best products available and use the best technology in their treatment plans. None of my friends, family or colleagues have seen anything like it. They also have very competitive rates for what they do.
My daughter had extensive dental work over a 3.5 year period (some outside of L and L) and every step of the way the staff at L and L followed up and explained clearly what next steps would be and when, and always with a smile and positive attitude. The receptionists, technicians, orthodontists, everyone have been just lovely and helped make a pretty stressful period for my daughter as easy as it could be. Highly recommended.
