I am very happy with the results from my Invisalign, however the wait times for your appointment are ridiculous. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment which threw my whole days schedule off and I ended up missing other appointments in my day. It’s frustrating when you get there at the time of your appointment and you have to wait so long. I understand things can run over but the clinic shouldn’t be booking in that many appointments in a day, because this has consistently happened to me.
Used to be great but lately their service and treatment are horrendous. The reception staff really let this place down, they’re some of the worst I have encountered. Overall, the orthodontic work is not what it used to be either. My first child went here years ago and it was phenomenal and now it’s subpar, between the fact that they just seem to want to gain as many new patients as possible and make mistakes as a result and the way reception speak to people, I would not recommend this place anymore, spend your money elsewher... read more
The Team at Templestowe L&L Orthodontics are so welcoming and friendly and professional. The service they provide is amazing ! Cannot thank them enough for taking me on my braces journey!
We loved that we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The whole team that meet with us for our initial appointment were so friendly and professional. The orthodontist (Louise) we met with went into great detail to explain her recommendations and did an amazing job at answering all my daughters questions.
