The ladies there are very nice, but the one I work with never returns calls or emails. I know they are busy but every customer is important. Other than that I have no complaints. Mr Koehler is a good attorney
Was easy to get into, the paralegal I met with helped me prepare everything for my discussion with Lloyd. Anytime I’ve had questions through my chapter 13 the office has always been quick and friendly with responding to me. I’d recommend Lloyd for anyone who needs to file bankruptcy for a fresh start.
You rarely talk to the same person when you call which leads to a lot of confusion and frustration when trying to gather information. Some of the lawyer talk down to you, others are very nice. Once everyone got their stories straight, it seemed to go pretty smooth. We are not even a year into our five year plan though, so we shall see. If you are planning to file bankruptcy, I would recommend Koehler Law, because even with the confusion in the beginning, they seriously have your back.
