Only had the unit a few days so far but it’s been a good experience so far. I didn’t know how to open my unit, but thankfully the manager was there when I went, I don’t remember if I caught her name or not, but she was very kind and helpful.

I love your facility, but the one thing I don’t like is not being able to get somebody when I need them. I call and I called and I called and it seems like the office is always closed and that’s not cool cause we are people that need help out here sometimes and all we do is pay you. We would just like to have some respect back and answer us.

So far, great, other than not being able to log on to the wifi. It keeps saying that the password is incorrect. Please update my situation. I've tried several times and get same results. Thanks in advance. God bless all

I've been renting a unit since they opened. Right from the start, they have been phenomenal! The owner, Gavin, is always quick to respond. He's always treated me fairly. Their rates are competitive & the facility is clean. It's easy to access, from entering the facility from the road, getting in the touchless gate, to getting into your unit. Great place, great ownership, great service. The billing & payment online is easy peasy too! I've rented from a couple other facilities in town & this has been the easiest and best.

Overall good experience. New and clean storage units. Digital access, no locks needed.
