Food was good, service was Ok. It was busy. They could have had more variety for music
Wait times were extremely long (over an hour), no pitchers of beer, shared table when we did get a table. Absolutely not the staff's fault, the staff onsite did an excellent job trying to make up for the poor management of the restaurant. Both the hostess and the server were fantastic but I will not return unless the management of the location does something about the number of tables and the selection available and offer pitchers of beer.
The service is substandard. When trying to attract the staff behind the bar for either A drink or to pay the bill it seems like you have to practically stand on your head. This has happened to me many times.
I would NOT recommend this place, the hostesses are rude (and oblivious), the service is slow, the kitchen is not accommodating; after waiting 30 minutes to place our order the server came back 15 minutes later to inform us that the kitchen flat out said they "would not accommodate [my dietary requets] because they were too busy", this is after I spoke with the hostesses about my needs when we arrived, before we were seated. Loved the location and atmosphere. Food was really good. But I was always waiting for service. Between 4 beers and asking to order food I was always twiddling my thumbs . And I was at the bar. So it's not like they couldn't see me. Ppl came in after me and left long before me. Got their drinks and food, and I'm still waiting. If I go back I'll wear my brilliant safety gear. Maybe then I'll get noticed
I am so sad after our visit last night! Firstly, my boyfriend and I have always been grossed out by the germ and food covered menus.. But we have been a few times now because we looove the food. Last night we were sat closer to the kitchen and I'm wondering why no one wears gloves - is this not something that has to be worn for health reasons? Bartender is a leaf lover said my Sens hat had shit on it. Never be back. Nice support you got there. Lots of people not going now.
