I’ve been a loyal, on time paying customer for 2years now. I’ve never had any problems, until May 2018 I found a rat, and rat poop all over my bed mattresses, brand new furniture, as well as my clothes/shoe bag. Instead of showing any type of compensation for my new furniture etc, management offered nothing. I wouldn’t suggest further business to anyone at this facility.
