Excellent, accessible storage facility with 24 hour electronic access and a helpful, efficient manager (Bob). Bob texts payment reminders and ensures you have an excellent experience. He’s on site to assist with questions, discuss ideas and otherwise elevates the experience you’ll get at the Timnath Lockaway Storage. Highly recommend!
I have been using Lockaway Storage in Timnath Colorado for several years now. Bob always offers great customer service. The rental prices are reasonable and I appreciate the app entering and exiting of the facility. It's safe and clean.
Bob has been amazing in my storage experience with Lockaway from start to finish! I moved from Nashville, and even from states away he helped me with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend. Plus the units/location and security are great!
Lockaway is really convenient in my neighborhood. Entire facility is clean, easy to navigate, and my storage bin is nice and tall, plenty of room for vertical box shelving. Onsite staff was really helpful through the one or two minor technical issues I had with the Bluetooth access software. I'd highly recommend.
I rented 2 storage units for a year. Manager Bob is a great guy, he helped and guided me throughout. He also replies very responsibly if there are any issues even if you are out of the city. I felt very comfortable and safe leaving my valuables in the unit and leaving the country. It was a great experience! We never had any issues and everything was clear and concise.
