Bob the manager is great. Renting was super simple and convenient. No keys to pick up- yes, you have to download an app and create an account. But the app works well and is very simple to operate.
Switched to digital blue tooth locks so they can lock you put whenever they please, then they don't answer the phone locally or atbl the nationwide office or texts. Not acceptable when I have business supplies in there I need to get to. Bob the manager is a nice guy but ever since they switched to this new company Lockaway they cannot be trusted. Also have raised my rent almost every few months.
Lockaway is convenient with the location and app access. Unlike other storage facilities The property manager goes above and beyond with accommodating your needs. I definitely recommend lockaway storage.
Very happy with the Timnath Lockaway Storage facility and especially the Office Manger who oversees the operation there. Always friendly and happy to oblige anything you need to help.
Price changed 4 times in less than 2 yrs. I expect increases every year not 4 times. It is now DOUBLE the rate in year and half. Also, they tacked on storage insurance and auto deducted from my account. We have a homeowners policy that covers the unit. I had no problem providing proof and was luckily credited for their admitted computer glitch. The place is clean and convenient but the owners decisions above ruined it for us. The manager, Bob, is friendly and helpful. He is a delight to work.
