Recommendedwe have been with Lockaway since around 2016. Donal, Lockaway Manager, on Kings Hwy, is the best. Very Professional. He works very hard and successfully to help his clients. Lockaway is very Lucky to have him. Great place for your Storage Needs.
Your Staff is wonderful both mangers were excellent in helping and making sure I was taken care of NOW to Your locking and unlocking system Terrible a piece of crape First it locked me and other customers in Manger had to open and let us out Then when I came back to put other stuff in it Lock the storage door and wouldn't let us in Thanks to Donal Smith he worked to get it open We even called customer service which was terrible and no help finally I just got one of the regular locked storage after 3 hours. Management was very easy to work with. This was my 2nd time renting with the same storage facility.
Friendly manager that explained everything to us. No problems getting in or out. When we emptied it out & told the manager, he was very professional & friendly All around good experience
A+++++ Truck available for move in and onsite manager is absolutely fantastic and friendly. Amazing service!!
