Five stars overall. The self storage facility offers clean units and convenient storage options. The lighting is fantastic and the employees are phenomenal. The young lady who helped was Stormy she was exceptional, friendly, and extremely professional. I had my young kids with me and she was completely understanding and patient. I do not think I could have had a better experience anywhere else.
I came into the store to ask about pricing and was very surprised (happily) to the store manager actually sweeping the property. And the property really looked cared for, so she does a great job. Wish other employees had this type of work ethic! You have a good one!
I needed a place to park a semi and found Lockaway storage. Any issues I’ve had Stormy Lafferty has gone above and beyond to help in anyway she could. The parking is secured and that eases the mind not having to leave high dollar equipment at a truck stop on weekends. Thanks Stormy!
The lady that worked on me was very nice very pleasant I think you should give her a raise only thing I don't like about your storage is that y'all close at 10:00 I like to be able to go out there when I want to like Jefferson that's the only thing I don't like about it but your customer service is I give it up 100%
