Five stars overall. The self storage facility offers clean units and convenient storage options. The lighting is fantastic and the employees are phenomenal. The young lady who helped was Stormy she was exceptional, friendly, and extremely professional. I had my young kids with me and she was completely understanding and patient. I do not think I could have had a better experience anywhere else.

I like the security and accessibility. The customer service is top notch! The only complaint I have is the price. There are other facilities in the area that have better pricing. I can get the a 5ft larger single locker storage area with security and 24 hr access for $150 monthly. Please consider this. We are considering moving due to the price. We are a long term customer with you.

For me being a new 1st time customer, I really appreciate how Mrs. Stormy handled everything and explained the process to me. I would recommend that if you need to use a storage facility that you have to contact them before you go anywhere else. Great response, customer service and support!!! Reasonable pricing!!
