I like the security and accessibility. The customer service is top notch! The only complaint I have is the price. There are other facilities in the area that have better pricing. I can get the a 5ft larger single locker storage area with security and 24 hr access for $150 monthly. Please consider this. We are considering moving due to the price. We are a long term customer with you.
For me being a new 1st time customer, I really appreciate how Mrs. Stormy handled everything and explained the process to me. I would recommend that if you need to use a storage facility that you have to contact them before you go anywhere else. Great response, customer service and support!!! Reasonable pricing!!
Stormy always has a smile when I walk in. If I have to call with any issues she will go above and beyond to help and, if she can’t help she is sure to find me someone that can. Always a good experience and I usually always look or ask specifically for her!
