Lockaway Storage off IH 36 in San Antonio TX has been one of the best storage places I have ever rented. I have been with them for about 2 years and today I called them to inquire about a larger unit and was given a fantastic deal with fabulous customer service by Kasey. Great space, always has carts to move things in or out + the elevator & a/c make it simple to utilize.
I just want to share my experience with this storage company and their great staff! I have rented many storage units at various places in this city and am exactly I’m extremely pleased with this one it’s really the best and for the price it’s perfect. The units are clean they have cement brick walls not flimsy ones that are easy to break in to they also have light switches that have light bulbs with outlets that work!! Not a very good experience, was awake at 1 am to 3 am. With a friendly reminder that a monthly payment is coming soon.... two weeks before the 1st. of the month..... I try to have that wake up email remove, or just change the time of delivery, but little was accomplished..... second I had a question about auto pay: is there a $10. Discount on every month of payment or just once on first auto payment? No one ever answer my question.
