Great service. They have responded to any request I have had promptly. The grounds are clean and orderly. I have had 4 storage rooms here for a few years and it just keeps getting better. Manager Aurora is amazing. I never have a problem she does not immediately solve.

Moved from California and need to find storage. Stop in to Lockaway Storage and talked to Lyle he set me up with a clean 10x20 unit at a great price. Lyle is a great guy and very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Lockaway storage

So my moving truck broke down and I came inside to wait for a tech, the gentleman here was amazing. Offered water, and a 'safe place'. If that is not customer service I dont know what is. Kuddos to you good sir!

Are you F#?*!%N kidding me??? Been a customer here for 6 years and I just received a notice that my rates will increase by $65/month??? And you have the gall to end the notice by saying you hope for my continued business....HAHAHA. Yeah right. Will be finding a new storage ASAP!

We did move everyone up to the standard rates, meaning those with the largest discounts got moved up the most. I just rented from this location this morning. Ms. Aurora was very helpful and kind. It's in a great location, has very reasonable prices, and really have customer service down. Look out for specials, too!
