I had a very positive experience with The Lockaway Storage managers at both the I35 and 3009 locations. I originally went to the 3009 location, but they didn't have a unit large enough. "Big" Henry" took me back to look at a unit and then researched the facility on IH 35 to see if there was an availability there. He asked Lyle to hold it for me while I drove over. Lyle was amazing. He took me back to look at the available unit, showed me how to operate the lock and entry/exit access and got me set up immediately. Lyle ... read more

Very communicative. Clean and secure. Was able to insure since I don’t have home owners or renters right now. Storage anywhere is costly but this was best deal for me at this time

Convenience and location.
Prices are toooooo high for what you get and the price goes up every year and they make you pay for their insurance
