Mark was very helpful and friendly, making the rental process a breeze. I really appreciate when associates have great customer service and Mark exceeded my expectations.
We recently acquired a Storage space at Lockaway storage in Dublin and the process was quick and easy. Mark, the manager was very helpful and informative and a pleasure to work with.
If I can give more than 5 stars I would. The manager was the best of help. Very helpful and observant. When this new manager came in, she offered the BEST SERVICE!! Storage wise, parking wise, and for understanding that I had to stop by early morning to take my truck for work. It used to be 24/7 but it had to be closed till 5am because of reckless people robbing. Other than that this place was great. Never had an issue leaving by work truck there for the weekend. Johanna was super amazing in walking me through the facilities and helping me figure out my storage needs. The facility is amazing with convenient drive up storage and huge parking spots for RV. I was able to book a parking spot for pod container delivery.
Mark was very helpful and patience in assisting my father and I. He made our experience very pleasant while renting our new unit. Thank you Mark!
