If I can give more than 5 stars I would. The manager was the best of help. Very helpful and observant. When this new manager came in, she offered the BEST SERVICE!! Storage wise, parking wise, and for understanding that I had to stop by early morning to take my truck for work. It used to be 24/7 but it had to be closed till 5am because of reckless people robbing. Other than that this place was great. Never had an issue leaving by work truck there for the weekend. Reserved a unit online and went in to finalize and met with Johanna she was amazing. Helped us with all the details, showed us the unit which was super clean, and was so pleasant to deal with. Thank you. Johanna is running the office today and she is friendly and thorough and careful about making sure that I get the assistance I need and that I am really the person who wants my stuff. She's doing a great job and this storage facility is head and shoulders above any other that I have used.
Working with Johanna to acquire storage and parking spots at the facility was simple and informative. Johanna was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Would recommend to anybody needing a good storage facility with friendly staff.
