I am always greeted like I matter,and on the phone I can tell she is speaking with a smile. She is always kind and helpful. Caylee and Stormy have been amazing as well. They helped me to no end when I was getting set up.
I’ve been a tenant for a number of years, the on-site manager is the best! Melissa does her job above and beyond what’s expected, so regardless of corporate changes… she is professionally responsible and top notch, and she also makes sure you feel appreciated. She’s the best!
Caylie was great she showed me around and tended to my needs. Great place to do business and keep your belongings safe. Stormy was a lot of help as well.
This is my first storage unit rental ever and I was delightfully greeted and accommodated by Melissa Boone. She was professional and friendly, provided clear and precise instructions on what I needed to do upon coming to put my belongings into the storage space. Confirmed my order details and texted me my code and unit number after the call. I am grateful for such good customer service.
