I’ve been a tenant for a number of years, the on-site manager is the best! Melissa does her job above and beyond what’s expected, so regardless of corporate changes… she is professionally responsible and top notch, and she also makes sure you feel appreciated. She’s the best!

She was professional and friendly, provided clear and precise instructions on what I needed to do upon coming to put my belongings into the storage space. Confirmed my order details and texted me my code and unit number after the call. I am grateful for such good customer service.
