I used this unit for a quick 5-day move in April. On the plus side, the security gate is excellent—using the app to open it is super convenient. They also provided a free lock, which was a nice gesture, even though it only works for their units. Unfortunately, the unit itself was dirty and full of leaves when I checked in, and the light bulb was missing, making it hard to move things at night. Their hours are also very strange (closed 4 days a week), and getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible.
Jason was awesome. He actually let me pull my truck into a unit to make sure it fit before signing a contract. He was also very patient with me while I was getting my insurance information for him. He was great to work with and very accommodating.
If you’re looking for great customer service and a hassle free storage experience, this is the place to go. Shout out to Jason he was extremely helpful!

Lockaway Storage off IH 36 in San Antonio TX has been one of the best storage places I have ever rented. I have been with them for about 2 years and today I called them to inquire about a larger unit and was given a fantastic deal with fabulous customer service by Kasey.
