I am disgusted and have had it with Public Storage! There is never anyone in the office to help me. It's nasty dirty and vagrants living in the hallway. It's the most unsafe place to be and there are broken doors and so much trash that I had to drive through it. The gates are always broken and now that Diane is not there it's horrible. At least she went out of her way to keep the homeless from living in a storage company. If anyone dies in a fire, Public Storage will be solely responsible. Please get help you can keep.... read more
I was late for my appointment to purchase a unit I bought at auction today! Kelly she was amazing and very accomodating given i was 30 min late . She walked me back to the unit made sure I had all the paperwork signed and was able to get into the unit. She has great customer service skills and that is hard to find nowadays.

It is a great location and very clean. Diana, the manager, is the best. She is easy to get a hold of, replies quickly, handles issues, and is very helpful. The advertised specials are good prices, but if you need another unit the prices are high and all over the place. Also after a few months, they raise your rent. Short term storage with them is the best.
What the hell is going on with this place?! The gates are left open (presumably broken), garbage and trash everywhere, broken doors, and no attendant on site! There was a truck fire in the parking lot a year ago and there is still fire debris in the parking lot. Lock Box storage was great, then public storage bought about two years ago and everything has gone down hill.
