This is the worst ran management. Just because it's low income doesn't mean they should treat ppl with disrespect. I know a family that have been promised a 3 bedroom for months n months now and are stuck living in smaller apt. This is because of laziness of management. You NEVER can get anyone to answer the phone. And don't dare stop by cause Noone will even be in office. Mold in apt. Heaters not working!!! I will be contacting EVERYONE UNTIL WE ARE HEARD
This place deserves zero stars. If you have any other options available to you at all, I strongly urge you to use those. These people do not care about a single person.....and the manager is HORRIBLE!
The review that states "the manager has turned this place around" is most likely meant for the previous manager Carrie. Great manager wonderful person inside and out. The new manager is RUDE. Her name is Lacey. I use to live there and EVERY tenant i spoke to talked about how rude and disrespectful she was towards them. She makes living there an absolute drag. Been trying so hard to get an apartment here but the manager is SO rude... It's not that hard to be nice and care about others!!!!
Worst apartments I've ever lived in. The apartments are fine, it's the lack of parents/ parenting. Public housing at it's finest I guess.
