So far, I’ve lived here for 7 months and I love it here. It’s quiet, beautiful, and everyone here is very respectful of the space. The maintenance team here is AWESOME (shoutout to Austin, he’s the GOAT) and they’ve solved any of our issues (some without us even having to ask) super quickly and actually followed up with us! I’m not happy. The property is nice, but resident accountability is questionable. Some people constantly walk their dogs off the leash which is dangerous. I reported this, but no results. There’s also a gentleman with intrusive and predatory behavior. He sits on the patio all the time and makes other residents feel uncomfortable by openly telling them he pays attention to when they leave their apartment. The carpet was horrible when we arrived and now they’re trying to make us pay for it. We weren’t even there for a year. We moved out early and that was a whole other situation. Every time I try to talk to them they just say they’re more than happy to explain the damage or something like that. Don’t waste your time here. There are some much better places in this area.
This was the first place we looked at when searching for a new apartment. We loved it immediately, but because it was the first place we saw, we decided to look at other properties. After viewing several other apartment communities, we decided The Lodge was our best choice. We’ve been residents three years, and continue to enjoy our home here. The staff is responsive, and the location feels secluded. The pool is beautiful, and ‘breakfast at the gate’ is always a nice touch when leaving for work.
