These people are great psychiatric professionals! Everyone from Lana, Caitlin, and even the four legged pooch/friend in Valentine who is a great addition to this practice! Once you see Valentine, whatever frustration you have in this world. It all goes away! She is a sweetheart! Kirsten saved my life more than once and was exactly the type of therapist I needed as an autistic adult with CPTSD. She works with you to help you find the tools you need to regulate a disturbed nervous system and to maintain regulation.
