I have been a patient here for almost a month and i must say this facility has changed my life already. i have always felt misunderstood and had a lack of hope in receiving treatment and care that would actually help. this program has changed my life and my outlook on getting help i needed. This place legit gave me my life back…. Never thought I’d be able to say this but I now have over 7 months clean!! Mr. Pierce is awesome, and the entire staff is amazing. Amber is literally the BEST!! She never misses, always remembers my # (sometimes more than me) and is on-top of everything. This whole place is high quality
I have transferred to this clinic with my wife. Our previous clinic was within walking distance from our home , so this new clinic is about a 15 minute drive. However, their superior knowledge of opioid addiction and managing pain along with having a LIFE , and the fabulous treatment of their clients is well worth the few extra miles! I had a very disappointing experience with Loganville Comprehensive Treatment Center, particularly regarding the way my account and insurance were handled. For approximately seven months, I was under the impression that my insurance was covering my treatment. At no point during that time did the receptionist, Amber, clearly inform me that my insurance was not paying or that I was accumulating a significant outstanding balance. This place has really gone down hill since I started almost 2 years ago. When I started, the staff was so caring & understanding. I never felt like I was being judged or got treated like an addict. Now when I go in there, it literally gives me anxiety. I have been turned away for not having $6 for an entire weekend & the other day I literally had a balance of 40 cents & that was even a problem.
