I’m not in the habit of writing reviews but my wife and I had such a pleasant experience having our roof replaced from the spring hail storms that we wanted to spread the word. The Lon Smith crew installed our roof in one day. What was just as impressive to us was the cleanup and followup. After a recent storm we contacted Lon Smith Roofing to assess roof damage. Mike McCoy from the company confirmed storm damage and assisted us in filing an insurance claim. The insurance company and agent were less than helpful. Mike McCoy helped us navigate the very complicated insurance process and after 2 denials we were approved.
