Terrible experience, arrived 2 min late after advising them via phone but I lost my spot. 0 flexibility. No signs outside to understand where the place is. Poor customer service
The experience was very good. They were very kind and helpful.
Easy to book, fuss free check in system, very friendly service, doctor happy to spend time to discuss things without rushing, very reassuring and offering cost effective options, considerate of personal adjustments and results delivered quickly, as promised. Good to have a reliable, not overpriced alternative to the NHS, when needed.
Find a different private clinic or save your money and go to the nhs. This private clinic is a waste of time.
