The doctor was very caring and helpful. She was very considerate to arrange a place across town for scans. Only thing to note is that without those scans it was a little premature to diagnose and the severe damage was in the spine, not the hip. So best not to suggest injections without the scans to give detail
had an emergency my 16 year old had a bleeding ear . She has had brain surgery . Paid 117 pounds and hurried . Was nowhere near the clinic so arrived 4 minutes late. But I had called to say so. Dr had left because he wasn’t aware. But .. Receptionist said he was in the washroom but wouldn’t call him even though I begged her for help and just wanted 1 min with him so he could tell me what to do and where to go . The doctor who gave me my consultation was very helpful and informative. He explained clearly the process and was able to help me with the medical enquiry I had. I would definitely recommend contacting them for medical advice.

Dr. Blessing Essang was SO helpful! Kind, sympathetic, and really listened to and believed my concerns. I had some sort of respiratory infection, and thanks to her, I was able to treat it before it completely took me out. Plus the receptionist was timely and just as kind, and I was able to get an appointment less than 24 hours in advance. Would absolutely recommend!
