I was visiting relatives in London and became ill with a chest infection. The clinic was able to arrange an appt with a doctor at very short notice. The staff were friendly and efficient and the Doctor was able to provide appropriate medications on the spot. The consultation was free and my only expense was the drugs.
Very disappointing experience. I was there for to get a sport medical/fit to swim form signed. I was told my form could be signed after the ECG and the doctor examination. However, additional requirement added on the spot saying I need a cardiologist report which will take a few extra days. I waited, they didn’t get back to me at all, I had to keep following up with them and chase them for the results. I had an online consultation which was a total waste of time. The GP said that because of what I was describing I had to present at a local clinic. She said someone would call me back. I paid £70 to basically speak to a GP who didn’t do anything. I was unclear then if that would cover the requested face to face appointment. Very easy online booking. Convenient location for public transport. Dr. Armoogum was both very friendly, thorough in the examination and clear in his advice. Would definitely recommend.
