I was able to book an appointment at short notice and on a Saturday. It was arranged very efficiently. I was given very clear instructions on how to find the clinic which was helpful. The clinic is everything you would expect - clean, modern and friendly. The doctor saw me on time; was friendly; knowledgeable and reassuring. The prescription has worked. Thank you. I attended for a Pap smear test, in which the doctor attending could not find the right equipment (“the orange one” as he calls it) and tells me during the test that he is experiencing “faulty equipment”, which then resulted in excessive vaginal bleeding that will likely continues for a few days. When I asked for sanitary pads to soak up the blood, I was told by the doctor that “it’s won’t affect too much” and that they cannot do anything about it. Excellent experience, the doctor I saw was very kind, informative and helpful. He explained everything clearly and provided a prescription. Over all very happy with the service. Saved me as it was a 4 week wait on the NHS.
While traveling, I needed an urgent care appointment for my son. I could easily book the check up here online, and the doctor was very thorough and super friendly with my kid. I didn’t expect much, but we had great experience here.
