I was able to book an appointment at short notice and on a Saturday. It was arranged very efficiently. I was given very clear instructions on how to find the clinic which was helpful. The clinic is everything you would expect - clean, modern and friendly. The doctor saw me on time; was friendly; knowledgeable and reassuring. The prescription has worked. Thank you. I would thoroughly recommend seeing them and indeed my wife will do so too in the future. Charles
Excellent experience, the doctor I saw was very kind, informative and helpful. He explained everything clearly and provided a prescription. Over all very happy with the service. Saved me as it was a 4 week wait on the NHS.
The receptionists and the doctors both in High St Kensington & Kings Cross branches are very professional and accommodating when I attended my appointments on 11 June & 13 June. Well done Team. Keep it up!
Great service. I found how to get there a little strange. A lift to a basement? Then on entering it did not look like what i thought a doctors waiting room would look like. But then what would I know, I am a tourist from Australia. Your doctor was excellent. It was easy to find by Google, book, GPS for directions and payment. I was a typical tourist who became ill with a respiratory infection and needed antibiotics after 5 days of illness, before we moved on to another country.
I had a very bad experience. I booked and paid on line paid £233 for a taking my regular yearly health checks. I went to the High Street Kensington branch. The doctor took 4 blood samples. After I was told that if I wanted the results I had to pay more. But that was not mentioned when I booked on line. I refused and to this days I have not received a single result. Basically the £233 were a total waste.
