i had an appointment at 2pm on 16 May 2025. I arrived at 2.08pm, and was rejected because of missing the 5-minute late window policy. No refund of 100 pounds. This is how this clinic makes money. (adding on 23 May) The clinic emailed me something similar to their response below. They try to impress that they care my case. The clinic's response is empty - the email just repeated the company's policy, refused to refund, and offered a "compliment" to reschedule - 7 days after my urgent need.
Was a quick and efficient visit. Accommodating when I was running a little late and moved me to the next slot. highly recommend Kensington clinic and Dr Martin.
I am from the US spending the summer in London and needed to refill my prescriptions. I took my prescription containers to the appointment where the doctor asked some relevant questions and, within 15 minutes, handed me my new UK prescriptions. Exactly what I needed!
As overseas travellers in London this was a great service - easy access same day appointments, very professional local doctor.
I arrived and there was no one there. The doctor walked out of the room on his phone and didn’t even introduce himself. He was extremely rude and dismissive from the outset and when I asked him why he was acting like this he actually became even more rude!
