I had a very bad experience. I booked and paid on line paid £233 for a taking my regular yearly health checks. I went to the High Street Kensington branch. The doctor took 4 blood samples. After I was told that if I wanted the results I had to pay more. But that was not mentioned when I booked on line. I refused and to this days I have not received a single result. Basically the £233 were a total waste.
Great service. I found how to get there a little strange. A lift to a basement? Then on entering it did not look like what i thought a doctors waiting room would look like. But then what would I know, I am a tourist from Australia. Your doctor was excellent. It was easy to find by Google, book, GPS for directions and payment. I was a typical tourist who became ill with a respiratory infection and needed antibiotics after 5 days of illness, before we moved on to another country.
i had an appointment at 2pm on 16 May 2025. I arrived at 2.08pm, and was rejected because of missing the 5-minute late window policy. No refund of 100 pounds. This is how this clinic makes money. (adding on 23 May) The clinic emailed me something similar to their response below. They try to impress that they care my case. The clinic's response is empty - the email just repeated the company's policy, refused to refund, and offered a "compliment" to reschedule - 7 days after my urgent need.
We used London doctors service twice on our recent visit to London from Sydney. Both times they were helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend them
Was a quick and efficient visit. Accommodating when I was running a little late and moved me to the next slot. highly recommend Kensington clinic and Dr Martin.
