I had no problem organising an appointment, however the appointment was cancelled by the doctor and I was told I would get a refund. I have emailed multiple times and called (was hung up on) to follow up on the refund but have had no communication at all in regards to this issue.

Highly recommend London Doctors Clinic (Kings Cross)! My urgent care appointment on May 24th, 2025, was excellent. The entire process was digitised and cashless. I was seen punctually by Dr. Feizal Motala, and my consultation and treatment were completed efficiently within 20 minutes. My symptoms were eased down within 2 days. I came to the King’s Cross location for a medical appointment. When I arrived, the doctor was not present and the receptionist told me she stepped out for a glass of water. When she returned, after my appointment ended, she declined to see me. Her receptionist told me there were back to back appointments and she couldn’t get me in to see the doctor until 1:15. Went in to remove stitches, a simple procedure (£55). The nurse forgot a stitch in my arm, leading to the wound not healing properly. I returned to the clinic to find the same nurse, who instead of fixing the issue, took it as a personal attack to her abilities and refused to take care of it herself or even give me a plaster to cover the wound. She insists the stitches are “popping out of nowhere” and coming up from a somehow hidden place and that she is perfect at taking out stitches. Ego getting in the way of medical care.... read more
