Quick service. I booked at 12.00 and got a slot at 13.30. Easy to find. Doctor was sympathetic, thorough and gave advice. She also sent a referral letter for an X-ray and recommended where to have that the next day. My only negative is the price. £99 plus a booking fee. I think this is excessive as the X-ray, including detailed report, was £49.
While I was at work at London Doctors Clinic, I wasn’t feeling well with flu‑like symptoms and had a consultation with Dr Ali. His assessment was thorough, reassuring, and very efficient. The medication he prescribed worked incredibly quickly and helped me recover in no time. I’m genuinely grateful for his care and expertise. Thank you, Dr Ali.
Very efficient clinic. Registered for an online appointment and was scheduled same day; the video appointment started on time; and the doctor was helpful. Overall I am very happy with the service provided and would use again.
The clinic has a 5 minute policy. if you are more than 5 mins late they send someone else to take up your appointment. I arrived at the same time as another lady, exactly on the 5 minute mark, but because this lady talked for at least 6 minutes with the receptionist, when it came to my turn she said she had given my appointment to someone else because i was late. i told the receptionist i wasn’t late, i was here at the fifth minute, but because i didn’t speak on time apparently someone else could go before me. mind you i was... read more
What a life saver. I was on vacation when a mesical problem occurred.The Doctor was very thorough ands caring. She helped me in a very scary situation so i could finish and enjoy the rest of my vacation.
