After having hair thinning following childbirth, they recommended supplements, biotin IVs, and honest advice without pushing unnecessary treatments. The staff were kind, professional, and supportive throughout. Really grateful for the care I received and the positive results so far. Thank you to the whole team.
Quick service. I booked at 12.00 and got a slot at 13.30. Easy to find. Doctor was sympathetic, thorough and gave advice. She also sent a referral letter for an X-ray and recommended where to have that the next day. My only negative is the price. £99 plus a booking fee. I think this is excessive as the X-ray, including detailed report, was £49.
Had an appointment with Dr. Ahmad Asim, he was extremely rude, would not stop talking over me preventing me to explain why I was there and when he finally listened that I was severe for severe back pain he proceeded to hit me very hard exactly where I was hurting, leaving even more in pain. I asked WTH? And he said he need to “palpate my kidney”, everywhere online it is explained that to palpate a kidney is a gentle and deep pressing technique. I have one important message: keep away! I spent approx. £550 for less than 15 minutes (including blodtest) even though I selected a 30 minutes appointment, and was promised that a follow-up via email as I left London before results form blodtest came through. Booked a video consultation online for my partner - the online bookings flow doesn't say anything about their policy that mental health concerns have to be face to face, and need a 30min slot. They called her 5mins before the appointment, told her it couldn't go ahead, and messed her around on rebooking the appointment - all at a time when she was just desperate to speak to someone about her concerns.
