I came to the King’s Cross location for a medical appointment. When I arrived, the doctor was not present and the receptionist told me she stepped out for a glass of water. When she returned, after my appointment ended, she declined to see me. Her receptionist told me there were back to back appointments and she couldn’t get me in to see the doctor until 1:15. I used this clinic twice already and in the 2 Kings Cross locations (it changed locations about a year ago). Despite being a bit confusing, we were well-treated at the first location and we had a good, professional doctor. The second location is new, less confusing (in terms of entrance and door bells) and is very clean and tidy. have been sick on and off for 1.5 months—one week with fever, then some improvement, only to fall ill again. When I saw the doctor, I had a fever of 39°C and clearly explained my situation, emphasizing that this has been ongoing. Despite this, the doctor dismissed my concerns, refused to run any tests or prescribe anything, and simply told me to rest and take Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. I paid £100 for this? Not Satisfied at all. Bitterly disappointed. I wasn’t given a prescription for my symptoms, when I called again after 24 hours I was told that I’ll receive a prescription as soon as possible. It has been 48h + and I still am suffering with my symptoms, rather worsened. And you send me the following email to rate you, and also it says I can book another appointment anytime. Funny!! What? I booked with this clinic as I knew I likely needed to be prescribed on antibiotics and it is a Saturday. I was satisfied with the examination and care taken by the doctor. A fair warning that the appointment itself and the antibiotics/treatment were quite expensive. I probably wouldn’t use this clinic for any non urgent conditions or if I needed tests, but I am grateful for this option to see a doctor and obtain antibiotics on a Saturday evening.
