I arrived 5 and a half minutes late to my appointment last Monday after travelling 45 min throughout rush hour (it happens to the best of us) but I was met by a receptionist on the intercom who refused to let me in. She was also happy to inform me about the cancellation charge instead of seeing whether the doctor could still spare 5 min to talk with me. I used the GP service as part of my PHI. Booked on the day for a super convenient time at a clinic near work, and paid a small access fee. I arrived on time and was seen on time. Receptionist was pleasant and competent. Doctor was kind, considerate and competent and thorough. I'll use this service in future.
My first experience at London Doctor Clinic in Liverpool street was really good,the nurse Diana excedeed my expectations,she was really helpful knowledgeable and give me important info regarding the vaccine they use against HPV. I am really pleased about my visit. I think we need more professionals like her. Good luck!!
Seven minutes late to my appointment and so refused to honour the booking, even though I’d called in advance to say I couldn’t find the place and still had time left in my appointment. Went to the place downstairs instead (samedaydoctor) who were super nice and helpful. Wouldn’t use London Doctors Clinic again.
Easy to book and easy to find. Polite receptionist. Excellent doctor who was clear and thorough in her advice, able to answer questions and make appropriate suggestions.
