This company is run by not nice people. I booked a ride in advance that didn’t arrive in time then spent 30 minutes trying to find an alternative to get me to my appointment on time. When I called to discuss the matter and explain I had finally booked a ride and would arrive likely 2 minutes after the 5 minute grace period, the voice on the phone just kept repeating that I couldn’t be seen. This is asinine and embarrassing for health care professionals.
I arrived 5 and a half minutes late to my appointment last Monday after travelling 45 min throughout rush hour (it happens to the best of us) but I was met by a receptionist on the intercom who refused to let me in. She was also happy to inform me about the cancellation charge instead of seeing whether the doctor could still spare 5 min to talk with me. I needed a medical certificate signing for an endurance event. To ensure I booked the correct appointment type and fee I first used the enquiry form, spoke to a team member and then arrived at 8am the following day. A simple and pleasant experience with the form duly signed.
Fantastic service at Liverpool Street Clinic. My dermatology appointment went smoothly. Great communication from all the staff. Would recommend for anyone in the area needing support.
Confusing price structure, two different doctors told me different tests required and that tests were covered in initial booking. Receptionist then told me £204 needed AFTER consultation. Then chased me electronically for £80 for a test that I did not need
