I took my toddler there when she had high fever. The doctor was very gentle and made her feel comfortable. He didn’t have a sticker for her, but gave her a plaster which she was even more excited about. The medicine that was prescribed made her feel better. It was very easy to make the appointment and we were able to go first thing in the morning the next day, so the scheduling was infinitely easier than our NHS GP and I appreciated that.
I was very impressed with the treatment I received from the doctor at this clinic. He understood my situation and was very thorough in his diagnosis, before giving me referrals for imaging and emergency visit if required. He certainly understood my circumstance (about to go on a two week cruise) and could not have been more caring and thorough. Extremely unimpressed with the service I’ve received here. I saw dr corlis who is nice enough but misdiagnosed me and sent me away with antihistamines. I have a wide spread rash all over my body that hasn’t gone away in a week and he said it would go away in a few days. They refuse to see me again or look at the rash again and say I need to come in for a reassessment. I've been dealing with the Liverpool St Clinic for the past 9 months whilst going through a chronic illness and have needed to get sick notes updated regularly. The GPs have been great but the receptionist service is absolutely awful, particularly for a private doctors clinic and the cost being paid. Unhelpful attitude, un-interested, un-empathetic, rude, not providing solutions and it makes me dread calling every time I need a note updated. I managed to get a next day appointment at a time that suited me. I was seen early and the service was courteous and friendly. Very professional. A clean nd welcoming enviornment.
