I visited the doctor on Sunday and was prescribed antibiotics. Soon after starting them, I developed a severe headache. On Tuesday, I called the clinic and spoke to a receptionist. Within an hour, I was issued another prescription. At that point, everything seemed fine, and I initially had a good impression of the clinic. Easy to get an appointment and find the clinic. The modern premises and short wait time were appreciated. The GP was friendly, reassuring, and never made me feel rushed, and the promised paperwork arrived that afternoon. While private care costs money, whereas using an NHS GP doesn't, the extra time, flexible appointments, and not taking an NHS slot made it feel like good value for money.
I'm in London visiting from the states and thanks to my colleagues was able to get to London Doctor's Clinic. It was a very nice space and the doctor was lovely. She was thorough and went over all my symptoms and allergies. I don't believe I was there for the full 15 minutes but it was a nice option to have given I'm not from here. I was then sent to NHS around the corner who were BEYOND helpful and they even shared I should have come to them first. Overall a very pleasant experience and a nice to have.
London Doctors Clinic was a positive experience - the booking protocol could not have been easier. Just type in your chief complaint, choose your location ( and there are many from which to choose!) and appointment time. I went to the clinic and was shown in immediately. The physician was competent, efficient, and kind.
I have only the highest praise for this group. Visiting London from out of the country and developed an infection. Scheduled a video appointment same-day on a Sunday and was evaluated and given a prescription all within a half hour. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable, and listened carefully to my concerns. Felt very grateful.
