Super easy to book an appointment. Had to wait just a few minutes. Receptionist was lovely. Dr. Michael was kind and super professional! So nice to get such wonderful service so far from home! 💕

Super kind and thoughtful, reassuring with clear explanations and with future pathways forward if needed- I really appreciated the unpatronising discussion, prompt and simple availability, and efficient online system, very pleasant receptionist. Could do with clearer instructions for access especially as front entrance has construction work, but I found my way eventually.
Got a same-day appointment through Vitality. The doctor was knowledgeable, punctual, and explained everything carefully. Highly recommended
Booking a weekend appointment was easy and the GP was kind and helpful. I was able to buy the medicine I was prescribed directly at the clinic, which was very convenient too.
