I visited the doctor on Sunday and was prescribed antibiotics. Soon after starting them, I developed a severe headache. On Tuesday, I called the clinic and spoke to a receptionist. Within an hour, I was issued another prescription. At that point, everything seemed fine, and I initially had a good impression of the clinic. Very prompt and professional experience. Was able to book an appointment via Vitality late Friday evening for a Saturday afternoon appointment. Receptionist was good, the waiting room comfortable enough and complementary water bottles are a nice touch. Best of all, my appointment ran on time literally to the minute. Dr Cate was attentive, reassuring and provided me with the adequate referral for further care. The consultation itself was professional and helpful, and I was satisfied with the doctor’s assessment. However, I was not informed in advance that issuing a fit note would incur an additional £10 charge. Clearer information about extra fees beforehand would improve the experience. Overall, I was happy with the service.
I have only the highest praise for this group. Visiting London from out of the country and developed an infection. Scheduled a video appointment same-day on a Sunday and was evaluated and given a prescription all within a half hour. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable, and listened carefully to my concerns. Felt very grateful.
I booked to get a second opinion regarding my Poly Myalgia Rheumatica. I was concerned to understand how it progresses and the 2 medications I had been described. I found my 20 minutes with Dr Michael (H...... sorry, forgotten his surname) both reassuring and well founded. Clearly experienced in manyy linked conditions, and a wizz at following statistics regarding age and fitness etc, I left feeling very encouraged. 5 out of 5 for me.
