Very prompt, efficient service. Your Receptionist was so kind when our taxi got stuck in traffic. Your doctor was helpful, polite and listened carefully. This was my second visit and on both occasions it was an easy and reassuring experience.
I saw Dr Michael at the London Bridge clinic today and he was brilliant. He listened to me and my concerns and put my mind at ease. Would definitely go back - was very easy and quick to book - I made the appointment yesterday and was seen today. Fantastic service
Having struggled to see any medical professional via NHS options, I booked here and it was great! It was easy to book at short notice, the surgery is very convenient for London Bridge, I was seen on time and the GP I saw was thorough, clear and helpful. I'll definitely come back if I need medical support in future.
Amazing place, absolutely brilliant service. Very affordable if you are paying privately and not through insurance! I booked the appointment for my friend who is having trouble with his regular NHS Doctor surgery. The Dr who we saw gave really helpful advice and information. He also prescribed medication, which the other NHS surgery should have done when we went 2 weeks ago. Would definitely recommend this clinic and use again. Thank you for your help
Unsafe, Sloppy, and Frankly Disgraceful!!! Blood was taken without gloves, a basic hygiene failure that’s genuinely shocking in any medical setting.I also had to suggest the correct sample type myself, only to be met with a half-baked response: “Yeah, that’s better for females.” Zero explanation, zero professionalism. The results were incomplete, and I was never told that essential antibodies testing wouldn’t be included. I had no symptoms, which I clearly stated, and yet was led into a completely useless test.
