The consultation was efficient and it was a convenient way to get some repeat prescriptions needed due to a holiday extension. Note that consultation fee does not cover writing a prescription although I was only charged one fee of GBP8.78 despite receiving prescriptions for four items
The doctor was not able to diagnose the cause of chest pain for my mother in law and ended up giving gaviscon and paracetamol which even Google would have recommended. It's been 5 days but the pain is still there and we wasted £79 for an advice without diagnosis which even Google could give .
Excellent service. Easy to book online and was seen promptly by GP. The consultation was thorough and provided next steps.
We arrived a little bit late,but still in the slot we booked,they didn't wanted to see us anymore. Not a friendly place!
