I am writing to share my feedback regarding the recent visit my wife and I made to your clinic. We were able to schedule an appointment just one day in advance and were seen the following morning. The entire experience was first-class. The doctor was exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to ensure we never felt rushed during the consultation. Would not recommend. The Dr I saw (who did not introduce himself so I don’t even know his name) was abrupt and had no bedside manner at all. He ended up prescribing me drugs that he knew I had already got over the counter (and told me they were stronger than the OTC ones which is not true). He seemed in a hurry and did not ask questions about my symptoms. I was not satisfied and I felt it was frankly a waste of £117 for an appointment that lasted less than 10 minutes. I was unable to get a face to face appointment with my GP for something that was not an emergency but also could not wait over the weekend. I booked online and got an appointment for the perfect time slot on a Friday, as I had a day of meetings. I love the NHS and I know it’s a lot of money to go private, but on the occasion that the NHS is not there for you I recommend London Doctors. The Dr was attentive and informative. I was in London for a few days and suddenly developed severe back pain. I searched online that evening and got an appointment here the very next day. The doctor even spoke a little German, which made the visit easier for me. He listened to my medical history and ran a few tests with me, took his time, and then prescribed the necessary medication and gave me advice. It's a small but excellent practice, and the doctor's assistant was also very friendly. I felt very well cared for there. Thank you so much!
Booked in on 22 Dec to try to avoid a ruined Christmas following a three week stomach upset after Indian holiday. Asked for metronidazole following explanation of my symptoms. Dr prescribed nothing, did no investigation (blood pressure, weight, stomach exam, blood test, etc) and made no provision for the closures over Christmas period, only requesting a stool sample which would take 48 hours to process.
