I am writing to share my feedback regarding the recent visit my wife and I made to your clinic. We were able to schedule an appointment just one day in advance and were seen the following morning. The entire experience was first-class. The doctor was exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to ensure we never felt rushed during the consultation. Competent doctor who diagnosed correctly and prescribed the right antibiotic (admittedly, it was very straightforward - we were able to self diagnose before going in), but with zero bedside manner - no interest in the patient who was in severe pain, no empathy, no small talk. Very disappointing, bearing in mind the cost of the consultation and compared to the NHS GPs (we had to use private, as urgently needed antibiotics on Saturday, it would’ve been million times worse if left untreated)
Excellent service at both Chiswick and Victoria. Everyone was friendly, professional, and reassuring. They were quick to organise a second ECG when my first result was inconclusive, and I received my results within a few days. Thank you to all involved for such efficient and caring service.
Great service! I had an infection under my eye , I had an online consultation on Saturday morning, today it’s Tuesday morning - I am taking antibiotics, which been prescribed, infection and inflammation is almost gone 😊 Thank you
